Getting Started: Send me your images for a free evaluation.

If you like my work and you want one or more of your photos restored, I need to see your images. After that I'll tell you what can be done, and quote the job. The evaluation and quote are free, except for postage.

First, drop me an email, or phone to give me a heads up. You may send the images as files, negatives, slides or prints, (in order of my preference) in one of two ways:

  1. If you have a scanner and are comfortable using it, send me the image(s) as .jpegs attached to email. If we agree on the job I may ask that you send me the originals by mail or courier. That's because usually I can do noticeably better work with my own scans.
  2. OR

  3. Send the images by post, Fedex or UPS (See **Mailing Instructions** below). Enclose a note with your name, mailing address and email address. If you want me to reply by phone, include your phone number.

My Pricing (Pay only if you are satisfied)

You don't pay me anything until the job is finished, usually in about one week. At that time I'll send you watermarked .jpgs attached to email. If you like the result, you then pay me by credit Card/Paypal by way of Billing Page of this Web site. If you're not satisfied, you pay me nothing and I'll return your originals.

My minimum fee for a job is $60.00 US. This includes the first hour of work. Subsequent charges are $15.00 US per quarter hour.

The minimum payment is per job, rather than per image, so if you send me 10 images you pay the minimum plus as many additional quarter hour units as I quote. If the image is not badly damged, I can complete one to three images inside of an hour, so the minimum will cover it. Severely damaged images can take longer to recover, but I never bill above my quote.

Finishing up: I send you the finished work, postage paid in the U.S and Canada.

When payment is received, I'll send you your originals and digital masters of the restored files in .tif and hi-res .jpg formats on CDR, DVD or online, as you prefer. I can make prints myself for an additional charge, or recommend a good independent photo printing service.

If you have any questions drop me an email, or phone. (Ask for Jeff.)

**Mailing Instructions**

  1. This is my mailing address.
  2. Use a stiff cardboard mailer such as you can buy at office supply stores. It should be large enough to return a CD for the digital master images as well as your originals.
  3. Consider insuring the contents. My experience with USPS and the major couriers has been good, but I can't guarantee them.
